"Showed up super fast"
I ordered my case and, uh, it actually arrived way faster than I thought it would. Tracking was easy and there wasn’t any hassle at all. Happy with how quick the whole thing was.

"Pricey, but it held up"
It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but my case lasted for ages, so I kind of feel like it was worth it. I mean, if it keeps holding up like that..

"MagSafe actually works great"
I picked up a Mous case mostly because I use MagSafe pretty much every day... charger, car mount, the whole thing. The magnets feel really solid and everything lines up properly, so I’m not dealing with the sliding around I had with my old case.

I was also worried it might feel bulky, but it’s been surprisingly comfortable to use. I’ve had it on for a few weeks now with no problems. It’s not the cheapest case out there, but honestly... the MagSafe works the way it’s supposed to, so I’m happy with it.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to support. From what I remember, they replied quickly and got it sorted without making it a big deal. It was a lot easier than I expected, and I really appreciated that.

Overall, I’m really happy with it. The design looks great in person, especially the clean finish and the way the details are put together. It feels solid and well-made, which I appreciate. My only small complaint is that it’s a little bulkier than I expected, but it still looks nice and works well for me

I got a mous case because I was a little worried a thicker case would mess with my wireless charging. But yeah, it charges just fine, fine on my bedside charger and in the car too. I don’t have to keep taking the case off and putting it back on, which was the big thing for me. It feels solid, looks good, and just does what I needed it to do

"I really liked how the case looked when…"
I really liked how the case looked when I first got it, but after a few weeks it started feeling kind of cheap. The edges got scuffed up way faster than I expected, even with normal use. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “some wear can happen over time,” which is fair, but this felt way too soon for me

"Cracked after one drop and support felt robotic"
I dropped it once and the corner cracked right away, which was disappointing. I expected it to hold up better. I reached out about it too, but the email replies felt like they were coming from robots, just generic answers that didn’t really help. Not the experience I was hoping for, tbh

"Works great, even if I didn’t expect much"
I got the case along with a couple of mounts for my iPhone, they all work together really well. I’m usually skeptical about this stuff because something always fits weird or has a little wobble, but I haven’t had that issue here. My MagSafe charger lines up fine too, which is a relief. I still think phone accessories are kind of overpriced for what they are, but I’m also happy with this setup so far.

"Phone case was in stock, thankfully"
I found the phone case size I needed right away, which was nice because I really didn’t want to deal with the usual sold-out nonsense. I’m tired of checking places and seeing nothing available, then having to wait, wait, and wait some more. This time it was actually in stock, so at least I didn’t have to go through that hassle again.

"Easy exchange and helpful support"
I’m sure I ordered the wrong case size by mistake, but the exchange ended up being really easy. Customer support got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it feel like a hassle. The new one arrived just fine, and overall I’m really happy with how it was handled

"Surprisingly Good Fit"
I’ve usually stuck with my go-to case brand, so I was a little torn about trying this one. But it fits really snug without feeling bulky, and the buttons are still easy to press. I might not be fully converted yet, but this case definitely made a good impression.

"Good case, but not completely smudge-proof"
I picked up a Mous case because fingerprints on my phone drive me crazy, and overall I’ve been happy with it. Compared to my old clear case, it stays looking a lot cleaner throughout the day. I do still notice a few smudges after using it for hours, but they wipe off really easily, so it’s not a big deal. It’s not perfect, but based on my experience, it’s a solid case and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice packaging, just a tiny dent"
I ordered from mous.co and the packaging was solid. The case came in a clean little box and everything inside was secure, nothing rattling around or damaged. I’m probably a bit over-cautious with deliveries because I’ve had stuff arrive messed up before, so I always check the box closely. The only thing I noticed was a small dent on the outer box, but to be fair the actual product was completely fine. Overall happy with it, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Really solid case and screen protector"
I picked up a Mous case and screen protector for my phone, and I’m really happy with them. I drop my phone way too often, but the screen is still in great shape and the camera lenses look totally untouched. The screen protector was easy to put on too. The case feels super solid without making the phone feel huge. I’d definitely buy it again.

"Showed up when they said it would"
I ordered a case from mous.co and wasn’t expecting much with the delivery, since that’s usually where things get annoying. But to be fair, it arrived exactly when they said it would. The tracking worked, there weren’t any delays, and the package turned up in good condition. Nothing especially exciting, but it was straightforward and did what it was supposed to do. I’d probably order from them again.
